Kevin’s career has focused on entrepreneurship and commercialisation of new technologies. In addition to co-founding AgriWebb, Kevin has designed and executed development projects for US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the National Renewable Energy Lab, the US Department of Energy, and Private Industry, including Ford Motors. Kevin earned a BA from Stanford in Biology and his MBA (Dean’s List), as well as a MA in Environmental Science from Oxford University.

Nevil Speer - IMI Global

Director Of Industry Relations, Where Food Comes From, Inc.

Dr. Speer serves as Director of Industry Relations for Where Food Comes From. He has worked in both academia and private industry. That experience has allowed him comprehensive involvement within the livestock and food industry including various service and consultation projects spanning a wide variety of topics. Dr. Speer holds a PhD in Animal Sciences from Colorado State University and an MBA from Western Kentucky University.

Bob Scherer been in the industry for 39 years with IBP/Tyson. His experience ranges from procurement through to processing. Bob's passion in his current role is working with vast suppliers of technology, cow/calf operators, finish suppliers and the Team at Tyson. To Scherer, the industry relationships built along the way seem to always open another door of business opportunity. It’s truly the people, from ranchers to the consumers, that make his job so intriguing.

Lori Conrow - Director of Ranching Operations, SunFed Ranch

Lori has been in the livestock production business for most of her life, having grown up in the ranching industry. Her current role with SunFed totally encompasses the operations management of the SunFed production system. Every day is different and covers everything from making sure the cattle are getting the best care possible to increasing the transparency and traceability of the cattle inventory in our ever-changing world. Lori is also responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders and producer partners. She is the chief logistics coordinator and responsible for SunFed’s traceability and certification programs.
